I became a Reflexologist by accident. A friend confided that reflexology had improved her health enormously. And as I was having a period of ill health myself, she persuaded me to make an appointment. After several visits my health not only improved dramatically, but the treatment awakened in me a deep interest. I became fascinated with the fact that manipulating the feet could have a profound impact on the whole body. So I decided to find out more.

After qualifying, I became a member of the Association of Reflexology (MAR) and also qualified in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles). Whilst enjoying my other therapies, Reflexology has, and always will be, my passion. So much so, that I have trained in Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART)with Tony Porter, who originally studied with Dwight Byers, Eunice Ingham Nephew, and also the Vertical Reflexology Techniques (VRT) with Lynn Booth. I have developed a particular interest in the hormonal problems that women face at different times in their lives, together with digestive, stress and emotional problems.
