I have been going to see Kate for Reflexology for just over a year now. When I first started going I didn’t know what to expect but Kate explained everything she did and asked me various questions to see what I was looking to get from the sessions.
My reason for going is for relaxation purposes. I go about every 8 weeks but wish my personal circumstances enable me to go more often!
Kate is very professional, with appointment booking, a lovely clean and cosy treatment room. She charts her findings and discusses them with me at the end of the session. My feet feel fantastic at the end of the session and I certainly feel relaxed.
